No one knows Gossip Girl’s identity, but everyone in this exclusive and complicated vicious circle relies on her website and text messages for the latest scoop.

Ducky’s Thoughts: I loved me some OC back in the day (Seasons 1-2) and I do kind of worship the ground that Josh Schwartz writes upon but you can’t watch this and admit that there is some major cheese happening and this show will have a hard time walking that line between over the top bitch camp and social satire while still being dramatic and engaging. I’m hoping it can live up to the hype because I want Kristin Bell to be employed vocally (if nothing else) and I might have a new TV boyfriend in the character of Dan played by Penn Badgley.

I want Kristen to have a job too, especially since she turned down the Lost gig. I wasn’t sure how I felt about seeing her on there, but it was better than nothing. Plus, how cute would she look with Matthew Fox!
