I know that Hollywood couples are not destined for a 50th anniversary but I am abso-shocked and devastated to hear that one of my favorite celebrities has decided to separate from her supposed lobster.

Jenna Fischer and James Gunn Separate

The Office’s Jenna Fischer and James Gunn are calling it quits after 6 years of marriage. According to Jenna’s MySpace Blog:

We (James and Jenna) need to announce that we have chosen to separate. We are sorry for any pain this causes family and friends. The enthusiasm we have expressed for each other’s lives, spirits, and careers is real – we have been each other’s cheerleader and friend during the past six years and continue to be so now and in the future.

And a special note for our MySpace fans – We appreciate your support over the years, and would be overjoyed to have you continue supporting us both. You might be tempted to make one of us “feel better” by putting the other one down in a post. Please don’t – we still have the utmost respect for one another, and we’d have to delete you. We aren’t taking questions or doing interviews about this particular aspect of our lives. We’re also avoiding reading any press on the subject, so don’t send us any clippings or links about the split. Thank you in advance for respecting our privacy.

Ugh, I’m sad… I love them both. Does this mean she will become Fancy New Fischer?

Bless Steve Jobs and those Apple folks for making my portable TV viewing options so much better!

The iPod Touch
Basically the iPhone without the phone. It comes in 8gb ($299) or 16gb ($399) and has wi-fi built in to work with Safari! Can we all say amazing? Available in a couple weeks.

The iPod “Classic”
This is the iPod we currently know and love but bigger and better! Small starts at 80gb ($249) and the biggest is 160gb ($349). Available TONIGHT! Killing me!

iPod Nano
The Nano now has video, too short and squat though don’t you think? It’s the iPotato for anywhere between $149 and $199.

They also revamped The iPod Shuffle to make it hold more music and introduced new colors. Why am I such an Apple whore? I love it all!

While I didn’t post about NBC pulling all of their content from the iTunes store beginning in December, I have to write about this incident from today’s APPLE EVENT.

I was sitting here at my desk (on lunch) and watching the liveblog from Macworld when Steve Jobs took a swipe at NBC’s decision to start their own digital store.

Jobs compared iTunes ringtones to the competition, which cost up to $2.49. “Our ringtones, make ‘em yourself, you pay another 99 cents to make the ringtone,” he said.”

Jobs demonstrated how the new feature works using Aretha Franklin’s classic soul number “Respect.” All of the songs on the iTunes Store that are “ringtonable” will feature a bell icon column in the music list. You click on the bell, the ringtone maker pops up, and you can click and drag to find the part of the song you want to use as a ringtone. iTunes creates a new file in the ringtone folder, and a new tab in Tunes then lets you decide what to sync to your iPhone.

Jobs played “Give peace a chance,” and then added, “That’s [for] when NBC calls,” referring to Apple’s recent dispute with the TV network, which said it will end its partnership to publish shows on the iTunes Store in December.

I love Steve Jobs even more than I did before. Sure he’s cocky and kind of a douche but his company makes the best products on earth and I wet myself for them.

Speaking of my recent incontenence… I Bring You The Newest iPod Lineup!

Rumor has it that TIM GUNN’S GUIDE TO STYLE will have a special sneak peek tonight after TOP CHEF at 11pm. Bravo lists the hour block as TBA so who can tell. Just thought I’d throw it out there for all the Project Runway/Tim Gunn fans!

Tim Gunn and Veronica Webb, Tim Gunn’s Guide to Style

I’m actually excited to watch the show but I won’t watch it every week. It’s a makeover/consulting show and those are fun to watch at random times, not as appointment television. Veronica Webb though, go girl getting yourself a gig! Loved her back in the day.

Officially, TIM GUNN’S GUIDE TO STYLE premieres tomorrow night at 10pm on Bravo.

Big Brother 8

If BIG BROTHER 8’s Evel Dick had it his way, Jedi Jani would be Dani’s newest Mommy! Dick was sweating Janelle so hard, his showboating and swagger was simply high-sterical to watch. You just know that Dani was mortified watching Dick’s ridonkulous behavior. Genius.

I loved having Janelle back in the house. She looked wonderful and you could just tell that she was once again studying the game and the players. Good to see that she’s still a fan. And could those houseguests be MORE fans of Jani’s? They gushed and squeed when she walked out. Everyone but douche-tard Eric who moments before said she had the face of a horse. Wow! I love that Janelle put on her game face but really wanted to punch that little midget in the face. Love Janelle – she’s got the best game face.

The episode was pretty uneventful. For the most part everyone is getting along which always makes for a dull viewing. Eric doing his duty as America’s Player gave me a good couple chuckles. I also liked watching Daniele play Zach like a fiddle. God, that girl really could rival Janelle, don’t you think?

Jessica wanting to donkey punch Eric for leaving Zach in the house was fun. She was so pissed. He cowered like a little bitch too. God he’s annoying.

I voted 10 times (online) to have Eric evict Jessica. Not that I want her gone, I just want him to have to vote for her. THAT WOULD BE AMAZING!

In the end, Daniele won the POV and left the nominations as they are. Sadly that means either Jameka or Jessica are going home on Thursday night. I’m only sad because Eric should be the one leaving this week. But, fingers crossed because Big Brother said that Thursday night would be a surprise DOUBLE ELIMINATION episode! Love those.

Here’s a question though… Does anyone miss the sequester house footage as much as I do? I hate that they haven’t been showing each houseguest show up at the sequester house with the video of their elimination. That’s so much fun and sadly, BB8 got rid of it. That’s working my nerve.

The Emmy’s are a little over a week away but E!’s scooper hero Kristin’s annual TATER TOP Awards have been announced.

The waifish dirty bathwater zillionaire Mary-Kate Olsen will make her debut on WEEDS very soon. To tide us all over, SHOWTIME has released a video clip and I have to say, why not!
