Someone googled the names and found the same information these guys found - including evidence of him showing up at an LOTR Convention claiming to be a wounded Iraq soldier. He has also pretended to be security for the Dixie Chicks (random!) and been accused of selling autographs that are not authentic. The good news is that the REAL SF guys are arranging for the boys to get REAL coins. I’d hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the coin presentation was actually false.
