The Jeffersonian gang get into the holiday spirit the best way they know how: by investigating the murder of a mall Santa. All right, all right, so it’s not the jolliest approach, but there are enough twists and turns in this case to topple a sleigh. Meanwhile, Brennan decides Christmas is a time for family get-togethers, so she sets to work trying to arrange plans with her father and brother. Of course, assembling this fete will be a bit complicated, considering both men are behind bars.
