You know I was screaming last night when Betty Sue and her daughter Ali got kicked off of The Biggest Loser: Couples. I had a soft spot for that crazy haired sassbucket and I just couldn’t believe they were voted out over those good for nothing (but eating and whining) Purple girls. I hate those bitches and I don’t care if they threw a competition to help Yellow (who was tasked with picking who went home) stay in the game — they needed to get gone!

When I think about watching a 2 hour Biggest Loser it pains me but seriously, it flies by and I find myself completely invested in every second of the show. Sure it’s a bit bloated and could stand to lose an hour but the competition is tight and the characters chock full o’ crazy so I absolove it.

At the beginning of the episode, Ali threw a twist into the game where each team had 1 hour to decide who they would eliiminate if they had the opportunity right now. It was pretty even between Black, Purple, and Yellow with Yellow getting the majority of the votes. Instead of being eliminated, they were told that it was Yellow vs. Everyone Else this week. If Yellow’s percentage of weight loss was less than the other teams as a whole then they were automatically eliminated. Fair enough, I guess. Who knew losing weight was so devious?

In the end, there was some serious deception as a few couples sabotaged the big team as a whole to drop the average, bettering the chances of Yellow staying in hopes of eliminating the dominant Black Team as the alternate. Too bad it backfired and the Black Team won immunity for the week which meant Yellow had to choose another team to send home.

As you know, I would have picked Purple regardless of their efforts to keep me in the game. They suck at losing weight and aren’t really winning any points for personality so hasta! But, Pink took the bullet instead and poor Betty Sue was so pissed about it. I swear she was fixing to take someone out! She’s gangsta that Betty Sue!

In the reveal post-elimination the daugther lost over 60 pounds and looked fantastic. Betty Sue had slimmed down as well, losing 40+ herself.

Next week looks insane as the couples are split up into two new teams, pitting friends and loved ones against each other as eliminations turn to individuals. Team Bob and Team Jillian are back in action baby!
