Jared Padalecki Stays SUPERNATURAL And Gets Dreamy Tonight
Posted by: Ducky in Jared Padalecki, Jensen Ackles, Supernatural, Ducky Does TVYesterday a wicked little rumor that SUPERNATURAL star Jared Padalecki was leaving the show started circulating because of a brazilian blogger. According to the report, JPad was tired of acting and wanted to spend time with his family. E!’s Kristin got to the bottom of the scandal and had this to say:
The verdict: absolutely not. According to Jared’s reps, the CW reps and sources close to the show, this report is 100 percent false. (É falso!) Jared’s reps insist he never said anything about wanting to leave the show, and further, according to the CW rep, “We have not decided the fate of any of our series yet.” (Not surprising, given the strike and the fact that those decisions normally don’t come till May.)
According to his rep, Jared just did a bunch of international press to promote the show, so it’s possible something got muddled in translation, leading to all the confusion. Suffice it to say, your boy Jared is going to stick with Supernatural for the foreseeable future, so there is no need to worry.
Tonight is another new episode of Supernatural entitled “Dream a Little Dream of Me” and according to series creator Eric Kripke:
“Episode 10 is about a killer who is able to kill people in their dreams. Sam and Dean manage to find a way to go into dreams to face him, and that’s where the battleground is. And in that episode, we learn the backstory of the character Bobby Singer (Jim Beaver) and how he got into hunting, in the first place. He’s always been such a mysterious character that it was a big, fun reveal to finally learn something about his past. We also have a big change for Dean’s character arc in that episode. Up until this season he’s been living with this death wish, where he doesn’t care that he is dying, and he just wants to squeeze as much out of life as possible. But he ends the episode in a very different place. That’s a very momentous thing for us, because he really makes a 180-degree turn in his character.”

I am torn between I want to see a new episode and no I don’t, I want to have new episodes waiting for me whenever I want! Does that make any sense? I am crazy. I miss TV. I also missed Project Runway because my Bravo was out last night. I just can’t win! When are you going to live blog Make me a Supermodel? You really need to tell me who your favorite is.

No, it makes total sense. Tonight is too cluttered with shows so I understand just wanting to watch it say in a month when you’re ready.
Last night’s Project Runway was fun, someone that deserved to go home for a while now went home finally! I won’t spoil it Patty if you don’t want to know. Think though and you’ll figure it out.
As for Make Me a Supermodel, I live blog it every Thursday night over at AfterElton.com

Hey Dan! Just wanted to pop in and say it’s been a while, but I’m still reading everyday. I’m just trying not to forget that there are new eps of Supernatural and Lost tonight. I’ve (sadly and unwillingly) gotten so out of the tv loop that it feels like Christmas-come-early to have new episodes of two of my favorite shows tonight! Plus, how hard have I tried this week to resist really bad Dean-Winchester-in-MY-dreams jokes? It’s good to be back…

*stuffs Susannah in the closet with a bunny in a straightjacket and a case of Negra Modelo* I don’t know, honey. We can only convert one at a time…
Show! Guys!
It really was awesome. Really. I was so very relieved and glad to see Jensen playing Dream Dean. The things I saw from him last night cannot be rendered with words. Jim continues to blow me away. Jared, that first scene - you did me in, darlin’. Jerry Wanek, Great rooms. That dang wall clock is following them around, I swear. LOL Rod! The Chevelle… please tell me that was real. Catherine et al, yay! So many metaphors and picked up plot points.
So much fun. So awesome.
