Supernatural Magazine (Issues 1-3) Giveaway

Thanks to the good folks at Supernatural and Warner Bros. Television I’m happy to announce that I have 3 prize packs to give away! Tomorrow (March 25th), Issue #3 of the official Supernatural Magazine is released but I’ve had it for almost a week and I want to share the love.
I’m giving away 3 sets of Supernatural Magazine Issues #1 – #3 and it’s easy to enter.
In the comments section, tell me and all of the other Supernatural fans what your favorite moment of Season 3 has been and also your least favorite moment of Season 3. You have to list both in order to win so don’t be all lazy ass.
The contest ends when Supernatural returns to the airwaves… From now until April 24th at 10pm you can enter to win a Supernatural Magazine Prize Pack.

Oh to have to pick only one of each? That’s hard!
Favorite: Dean cutting his arm open to lure Harmony, I mean Lucy, to attack in Fresh Blood. I loved this episode!
Least favorite: Dean not knowing who Dick Van Dyke was in the Christmas episode. I mean, WTF? It rang so totally false for me. Although, overall, this was a pretty good episode too.

Favorite: The resolution with the FBI agent. Excellent episode (except that he died), and a perfect way to wrap that storyline up.
Least Favorite: Can’t remember the name of the episode (all I can remember was that Dean was in a tux), with Bela and they had to go to this party to steal an artifact. It was just sort of a weak episode to me.
It was hard to pick a least favorite, because I just heart everything about this show.

My favorite moment so far has been Sam’s hunt for the Trickster. Up until this moment, we hadn’t really seen how far Sam would go for Dean. Deep down we KNOW how far he would go, but it was nice to see it finally. And plus? The cutting of the shirt and pulling out of the bullet? Totally badass and totally HOT.
The least favorite for me was the ham-fisted “Dean might have a kid JUST LIKE HIM” plotline. The whole thing was irritating, from Dean booty call for bendy sex, to the Mini-Dean, to the OMG, DEAN WANTS TO LEAVE SOMETHING BEHIND anvil. It was just so overdone. A bit of subtlety would have made the whole thing so much better. Most of the love between the characters has been demonstrated with subtle actions and statements.

My favorite moment from Season 3 was when Sam and Dean open the safe and find the Colt gun missing realizing that Bella took off with it.
Least favorite moment was watching Dean die in Sam’s arms. Very painful.

FAVORITE MOMENT: When Sam and Dean realize that Bella has stolen the Colt.

My favorite moment of season three took a minute to figure out! There are so many great moments! But, I finally settled on the final scene of “A Very Supernatural Christmas” as Rosemary Clooney sang “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas”. Watching these two brothers who love each other and count on each other so much celebrate their last Christmas together (albeit a totally Winchester Christmas) and thinking about how, in fact, through the years they wouldn’t be together, just broke my heart. Terribly sad, but well played, I thought.
Least favorite moment….the scene at the end of the episode where the guys are heading to Atlantic City and Dean is talking about how he knows how rough this is for Sam and that he’s sorry that he’s going through it, but he’ll be ok. Then Sam pretty much tells him to kiss off because he doesn’t want Dean’s pity. He wants Dean to worry about himself for once. The part of it that I didn’t like at all was the reaction that Dean had to that: “Maybe I’ll play craps.” Yes, Dean is a bit hard core and not the warm fuzzy type. But, I thought that reaction was jerky even for Dean.

Favorite Moment: Pretty much all of “Bad Day at Black Rock”….but most especially Sam’s face when he says “I lost my shoe”. hee hee hee.
Least Favorite: Pretty much any time Dean blew off the fact that he was dying like he was resigned to the fact that there was no way for him to get out of the deal.

So hard to decide but…
Favorite moment: The flashback scene where we see how Dean got his necklace. It was just so touching and when it comes back to present time the scene starts off focusing on the necklace just makes it come full circle.
Least Favorite moment: The scene in Red Sky when Dean comes down the stairs in his tux and Bela then says they should have angry sex. I don’t know something about that scene just bothered me.

Favorite: Tie between seeing how far Dean would go to bring Dean back, including killing Bobby (even if it wasn’t Bobby) And the hilarious string of bad luck Dean has after losing the rabbit’s foot.
Least Favorite: Gordon Walker as a Vampire. I was tired of his storyline and ready to see him go, but not like that. Don’t know why but it bugged the hell out of me.
The show has really picked up this season and the whole thing has been amazing. Can’t wait for the return and then Season 4.

I’m afraid that I have fallen way behind in my Supernatural watching.
Due to the birth of my daughter and the lack of free time that I once had, I am stuck waiting for DVD for S3.
So I will have to say that my Favorite part is the Opening Credits because it means a new epiode is about to begin, and my least favorite part is the closing credits as this means the episode is over.

Wow, this is a tough question. Which moments should I choose? I’ll write the first ones that come to mind
Favorite moment = Sam telling Dean to drop the act and be his big brother again. – Fresh Blood
Least favourite moment = Final scene in ‘Jus In Bello’ where Ruby makes the brothers feel guilty.
Ok, so i’m probably not getting the magazines because I live outside of the US but I had to try because we don’t get the magazine in my country.
So I offer my early congratulations to the 3 lucky people who do win.

I’m a softy – favorite moment of Season 3 – the last scene of Supernatural Christmas where they exchange gifts – the simplicity of it was so touching and done without a lot of words.
Least favorite moment of Season 3 – when Dean says “could you be more gay?” to Sam in Bedtime Stories. I hated that the writers had his character say a line like that. I thought it was unnecessary to the story or the character and it offended me.

Favorite Moment: My favorite moment would have to be at the end of “A Very Supernatural Christmas” where the boys celebrate their last Christmas together. It’s so heartbreaking to watch because they know that after this Christmas and after Dean’s year is over that they will no longer be together. I love this scene because we can tell how hard it is for Sam to give Dean this last Christmas, but doing so anyway for Dean, even though it hurts him to think about life without him. It’s just an amazing scene of the Winchester brothers having a real Christmas together (with drinks, and eggnog and exchange of gifts) but at the same time a heartbreaking scene considering what’s to come later.
Least Favorite Moment: My least favorite moment would have to be when Henrickson dies in “Jus in Bello”. I kind of grew to love-to-hate the guy throughout the seasons. After he finds out that what Sam and Dean do is actually ‘real’ after all and that demons and ghosts and spirits etc. exist, I kind of started to like the idea of him even more especially now that he knew that they hadn’t been lying all this time. So it really upset me that by the end of the episode he’s dead.
I’m not a US resident as well, I live in Canada…but I had to try this because around here you can’t get these magazines and I’ve been looking for weeks online for them and I can’t get them anywhere. So even if I don’t qualify It was still fun to think of my favorite moments so far and to participate in this

Most favorite: Since exchanging Christmas gifts has already been mentioned, I’ll say the doctor talking to his daughter’s spirit as Sam looks on in “Bedtime Stories.” It was very emotional and the little girl was just gorgeous.
Least favorite: And since someone already mentioned Ruby treating the boys like 8-year-olds at the end of ‘Jus in Bello,” how about having Sam’s fingernail pulled out? Ewww!

Seriously, only letting us pick one favorite scene is crueler than Kripke building up to a not-so-huge secret for an entire season.
Least favorite moment: Ruby telling Dean that there is no way out of his contract with the Crossroads Demon. It paved the way for some of the strongest moments between Sam and Dean when Dean finally admits that he doesn’t want to die and Sam suffers through Dean’s death repeatedly. It sucked though because until that moment even though the audience never bought into his “laugh in the face of death” BS he’d been splashing in the denial river and it finally made him face reality.
Favorite Moment: The fight between Dean and Demon Dean in his dream. Absolutely fabulous from start to finish.

Favorite Moment: Sam and Dean talking simultaneously during “Mystery Spot”.
Least Favorite: Sam’s sex dream about Bela. Gratuitous and meaningless.

Best: Mystery Spot, Dean carefully reassuring Sam they will figure it out, when Sam gets over-wrought about the day repeating again and not being able to fix it.
Worst: Magnificent 7 ending when Dean says coldly yes, he was selfish but he’s OK with that, thereby belittling/brushing off Sam’s feelings.

This has been my favorite season so far – everyone has been knocking it out of the park.
Favorite scene – Sam hugging Dean after the whole Mystery Spot ordeal. Everything about that episode was just exceptional and the boys really did a fantastic job.
Least favorite – So hard to think of anything really negative. How about losing 6 episodes this season? I can’t help thinking about what we missed out on.

Favorite episode-
I Love all episodes of supernatural… well mostly! But being given one to pick from only one season narrows it down a little! I have to say that the one called “bad day at black rock” where Sam retrieves a rabbits foot, and gets continuous luck, until a theif called bella steals the rabbits foot, giving him bad luck instead. They have to get the rabbits foot back and destroy it before Sams luck finally kills him. I can never stop laughing whenever i see the part where sam looses his shoe down the drain, his face is priceless!
Least favorite episode-
I do enjoy just about every episode of the series but one episode that frustrates me is “Ghost Facers”. There are two things i do not like about this episode, one is the fact that Sam and Dean are not the main characters of it! and two the photography is shocking, well yes i know that it is supposed to make it look like they are filming it, but it messes with my head!

Favourite: Choosing one episode is very difficult. But, the one that sticks in my mind is the rabbit foot episode. I love the way Jensen acts in the episode and I love the fact that that Dean acts so macho around Bella and because he is so charming and cute it does not come off as him thinking that he is better than her because she is a girl. Also, I love the line.
Dean: I’m batman
Sam: Yeah, you’re batman.
(Btw watched this episode so many times that I know most of the script by heart, and my family hates watching it woth me since I say what they are saying at the exact moment they are going to say it.)
The least favourite: The one where Dean, keeps dying!! I hate seeing him die and I just want him to stay with us forever! (And the series finale, where he does actually die, hate that bit too, he suffers soo much)
