Supernatural “Ghostfacers” Dean with some friends

I was lucky enough to score a sneak peek at tomorrow night’s return of SUPERNATURAL and I think the fans will be pleased with how the show comes back. Without giving anything away, as I mentioned previously, “Ghostfacers” is a show within a show in that Sam and Dean find themselves part of “Hell House” returnees Harry and Ed new television pilot. Wackiness ensues… literally.

Here’s some things to look forward to:
- Comedy, lots of it. Not only do Harry and Ed open the show ala Andrew in Buffy’s “Storyteller” episode they now have a rag-tag team of lacky’s assisting them. The interplay between Sam/Dean and the “Ghostfacers” is pure comedy gold.

- Swearing and Bleeps. Supernatural goes Arrested Development on us. I’ve always assumed that Dean swore like a trucker and I now know I was right. The boy gets bleeped and bleeped and bleeped and it’s hysterical! Dean loves to say f*ck and flip the bird.

- The best Writer’s Strike shout out to date.

- One of the scariest horror movie-esque visuals and big bads.

- About 22 minutes in there’s one of the hottest Jensen shots I’ve ever seen in my life.

- Birthday hats will never be the same again. Happy Birthday To Me much?

- Daggett is Dagnasty

- A gay love story (no, not some Wincest)

- “Menudo left their dance bag behind.”

- 2 months gang, you know who only has 2 months…

I truly enjoyed the episode and I loved seeing a good hearty mix of horror and comedy. I’m beyond pleased that Sam and Dean swear and that Dean is the Curse King. There’s some gay interest stuff that I was worried about at first but that I think in the end works and is very sweet.

This is one of my last posts until after the Independent Film Festival of Boston is over late next week so enjoy the return of Supernatural and give the boys some love. Oh yeah, don’t forget to Enter to Win Issues 1-3 of the Official Supernatural Magazine.

Stop stealing my thunder! I knew I should have been on the ball and posted as soon as I got the office this morning! ;)

I also thoroughly enjoyed it and LOVED the bleeping. When they commit to an idea, they really commit!

It may not have been Wincest but it was totally a shout-out to the fans and their love of the gay love. Or something like that.

Thanks for the spoilers, love! I am dying to see this episode (and the next 3 too!) and will be super sad having to wait all summer for S4. Thank God for DVD’s and DVR’s!

Thanks so much for the sneak peak. Of course, Dean swears like a trucker. :D Being the shallow girl I am, now I’m dying to see Jensen 22 minutes in. Because Jensen’s pretty hot anytime, so it must be some special hotness to get a shout out. :)

  4. Em says:

It pleases me BEYOND BELIEF to have confirmation that Dean has a truckers mouth. :D Thank you for the sneak peek! :)

  5. Patty says:

Everytime I see “Trucker’s Mouth” I giggle a little. Why do I find that Dean swears so sexy? Less than 11 hours to go…

Writers Strike shout outs, trucker mouths, the hottest Jensen scene ever…
What is a Supernatural girl to do???
    Counting down the hours!!

  7. Emily says:

You were right. 22 minutes in, HOT!Jensen appears. I mean he’s always hot but there he is in this little, unimportant scene on a handheld camera and he’s like the most stunning thing ever. :) Cute episode. Not enough Dean and Sam but still not bad.

I know you are super busy but did you see that you have now created the new Jensenism - 22MM - the 22 minute moment over at TWoP? Wat to go!
