Joshua Allen & Katee Shean - Broadway by Tyce Diorio

I can’t wait for tomorrow night! I’m really excited to see how some of the couples handle their selections, especially Thayne and Chelsea (who were so good last week) doing jazz; Mark and Chelsie doing the Tango (I bet she’ll be great and I just love to watch him); Josh and Katee taking on Broadway (I’m interested to see if Katee was a fluke last week) and, of course, my favorites, Twitchington (I’m a bit nervous for a Waltz, but I think they can pull it off). I’m also kind of excited to see the Gev and Courtney do contemporary; I’m kind of fascinated by Gev.
Two people I think might be in trouble: I think Chris is going to crash and burn at krumping and Jessica might struggle with hip hop. We shall see.

Mmm…Chris krumping? I like Chris, so I’m very scared for him. I LOVE Comfort! She’s hysterical! Trannie Mess Susie should do well at Salsa, right? (Not trying to stereotype, but she is Cuban) Chelsie will do well at the Tango, but I don’t know about Mark. He’s just so…I’m not sure how to describe him. He’s not a bad dancer, he’s just odd…? I’m excited to see Chelsea T. and Thayne do Jazz. I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE her! She’s my Miss Thang!

Chelsea T. is a freakin’ REVELATION! She didn’t get any pre-competition screen time, but I think that’s because she didn’t need it. After the first 5 seconds of her cha-cha-cha, I was all, “FAN FOR LIFE!” I’m pumped about the Mandy Moore jazz routine - I really hope she and Thayne deliver again.
And Gev and Courtney are doing a Mandy Moore contemporary routine? Have we ever seen Mandy Moore do anything but jazz? Anyway, I’m excited about that one, too, because I feel like I still don’t know them at all as a couple. That Disco routine was just… well, it didn’t do anything for me.
And Twitchington doing ballroom… I can’t wait to watch Twitch pull it off (because you know he will). He is always surprising me!

Excited about this weeks offerings. I’ve got my fingers crossed for Twitch, but I think he’ll pull it off. Seems like Mandy’s getting quite a workout this week. I think she did a contemporary piece last year with Sabra and Tall, blonde guy whose names escapes me at the moment…I love her routines, but I can’t always tell the diff between the Jazz and Contemporary from her. Comfort should kill the Krumping routine - although I’m not a big fan of it on this show - generally seems forced. I’m hoping that Joshua handles the Broadway piece well. Still not a big fan of Katee’s…and according to ‘hot tranny mess’ she is ‘Salsa’, so we’ll see how she fairs. She’s gotta let go of that uber sexy/slutty persona. Kinda hard to believe she teaches high schoolers…but you shouldn’t judge a book by its cover - but if the book wants to fling itself wide open for the world to see….oh, sorry I’ve fallen into a tiny rant…
