So You Think You Can Dance Season 4: Week 3 Results Videos

Shocked is the only word that comes to mind… well after frak, douche, bitch, whore and a few choice others were screamed out in my Tourette’s haze immediately following the announcement. So sad…
On the bright side, we were treated to two amazing group numbers last night, one by Mia Michaels and one from Hok and Dom’s dance crew Quest! Mia remains a genius and seriously my eyes almost explode from all the crazy greatness Quest pulled off. There’s nothing better to me than movements perfectly timed to the song they accompany and both routines were aces in that department.
*I started blogging about SYTYCD at AfterElton this week, so check out my Week 3 recap.

The solos tricked me last night. After watching them, I was certain that Kourtni and Chris were going home so imagine my shock when the Judges went a different way and sent Chelsea home! Watch their solos and tell me that Chelsea did worse than Kourtni did. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Kourtni but come on folks… Then for the guys, Matt’s solo was boring and weak (at least to my untrained eye) and Nigel praised him up and down! What gives? Were we watching the same routines? Check them out and let me know what you think. Did the right people go home?

So who is your boyfriend this year? I don’t think you have ever said.

the right people definitely went home. you have no idea what you’re talking about.
matt’s solo was amazing, he deserved every second of every compliment.
and kourtni’s wasn’t amazing, but it was definitely better than chelsea’s. chelsea’s was just kicks, turns, and jumps. there was no dancing.

I KNOW! What’s up with that? Someone’s behind on their work responsibilities…

Well, I have to say that I think Comfort should go home. I know that isn’t a popular opinion but she doesn’t have the skills to do all the different styles of dance. And she bores me on stage. I think she’s adorable in the interviews, but nowhere near as good as Chelsea.
I do think Chris should have gone. All the other male lyrical dancers are better than he is.

OK… so educate me… What part of Comfort’s series of convulsions actaully considered dancing??
