Watch Sherri Shepherd, Whoopi and Elisabeth Hasselbeck Fight About Obama and McCain on THE VIEW
Posted by: Ducky in Ducky Does TVSometimes I do wish I was home to watch THE VIEW because these ladies are buck wild at times. Here’s a video from today’s episode where Sherri Shepherd, Whoopi and Hasselbeck go off on each other debating Obama, McCain and mistruths.
PS - Happy Birthday Joy! I love when she was like “Relax, relax… why because she’s winning?” Or when she tells Elisabeth that she’s been listening to Hannity too much. Atta girl!

Here’s the way I look at it. Obama was on a committee with someone in the 90’s (I think) who was a radical in the 60’s. McCain tried to cover for a friend that lost hard working American’s millions and millions of dollars. Which is more relevant to economic issues? Case Closed.

[…] Good News: The women of THE VIEW are crazy as the daily gabfest continues to devolve into a rip-roaring can’t miss political free-for-all. Bad News: I’m almost starting to feel bad for Elisabeth Hasselbeck. Emphasis on the “almost.” [Source] […]

I feel so sorry for Elisabeth having to try to have an intelligent conversation with women who obviously don’t know what they’re talking about….

I never feel sorry for Elizabeth Hasselbeck. She continues to assert that Obama’s association to William Ayers (tenuous association at best) makes him unsuitable and dismisses the fact that McCain is the only one of the Keating Five remaining in the office or that Palin’s very direct association to a secessionist should have relevance. She is a shill for the Republican party.

Obviously hasselbeck is married to a very wealthy athelete and has no idea what it means to be effected by a tough economy. She is young and should try to listen & learn from the wisdom of the other women & stop being so narrow-minded.

I feel sorry for the wise women of The View for trying to educate Elizabeth Hasselbeck when she obviously doesn’t know what she’s talking about.

Elisabeth is such an idiot. She always stoops to a 5th grade level whenever (often) she can’t speak on the issue at hand. So funny that she wants to talk about judgement and character, but when McCain’s is seriously questioned, she has nothing to say except “relax”. I can’t decide who’s a bigger disgrace to women: her or Palin. TIE!

Thanks for sharing that video. I don’t watch the view, but love to see them get all crazy

Can you honestly say that William Ayers participating in the bombing of our capital and pentagon is not important??? This same man in 2001 said he didn’t think he had done enough??? The same man who has not apologized, but has admitted to the bombings. Please don’t forget Rev. Wright. That is two men that Obama has had to denounce since running for office. McCain has his faults don’t get me wrong. But he was found innocent in the Keating 5 of any crime…bad judgement but no crime. Had an affair…bad judgement but no crime. Oh and lets not forget that he can’t run a computer…thats a big crime right there!

Right on, Becky!

Beth…I just can’t believe that people don’t feel that Obama’s connections are not important??? To be truthful….I am not happy with either one. Just picking the one who I feel is the better of the two. GOD BLESS THE USA….we sure do need it.

I’m late in joining this and by now the election has passed. What I marvel at is the assumption that Obama associates with “terrorists” or someone still considered “bad” by some and that McCain has no such bad associates. Just cuz it doesn’t come out in the news, doesn’t mean McCain doesn’t rub elbows with very bad people. It’s called politics and they bed with anyone to get where they want to go. I could never ever get how McCain treated families who had Viet Nam relatives still listed as MIA’s. He has milked his POW status to the fullest to get into and retain a spot in public office, it is used by him and his media friends to excuse every questionable or dishonest move he makes. His gross neglect of other possible POW’s and MIA’s shows me he only cares about himself. Elizabeth lacks intellectual penetration, she simply parrots what she hears from people she likes. If Hillary can be called a “schoolgirl” by N. Korea, just think what a joke it will be to the world if we ever get stuck with Palin! Arghhh! Scary!
