TV Talk with GMMR and Ducky is back! After 7 weeks, we were finally able to see each other and dish all the dirt on our favorite shows.

Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, House, Gossip Girl, American Idol, The Office, Grey’s Anatomy, Lost, Supernatural, Battlestar Galactica, Brothers & Sisters, So You Think You Can Dance, Ugly Betty, Greek and so much more.

We take some last minute listener questions on which finale’s we’re most looking forward to and also which hot summer movies our fave TV stars are popping up in. Not to mention Kath gets to wax The Office finale after one Canadian listener begs for finale information.

Also, be on the lookout for the return of TWO IDIOTS TALK LOST! We watch the show but we’re not experts, sue us.

It’s Friday night which means we should be watching CBS’s vamp thriller MOONLIGHT. Sadly, they are still on hiatus but that doesn’t mean we should take a Friday night off from swooning over the hotness that is Alex O’Loughlin.

Here are some behind the scenes photos from a seaside shoot for the upcoming episode entitled “Fated to Pretend” which is scheduled to air on April 25th at 9:00PM EST.

It’s not about the strike, it’s just us talking about what we’ve loved and hated about television over the past couple weeks. I’m going to warn you now, it’s an hour long podcast. We haven’t talked in a while so sit back, relax, and listen to us in 2 sittings if that makes it easier. Thanks for sticking with us!

MOONLIGHT airs tonight and while I’m still not watching, I’m psyched to see that the show has continued to maintain it’s audience and that tonight Shannyn Sossoman returns.

If you’re new to the show, here’s a primer video.

    MOONLIGHT For Dummies

Tonight’s episode is “The Ringer” – Mick experiences déjà vu when a fire investigation that destroys a historic Hollywood hotel seemingly replicates the night Coraline died. Mick’s sense of nostalgia grows when a woman he is working with bares a striking resemblance to his ex-wife, on MOONLIGHT, Friday, Nov. 9 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT). Check out pictures from “The Ringer” at Daemon’s TV.

I’m not even watching MOONLIGHT anymore but I know a lot of you are so I wanted to start giving you the clips, descriptions, etc. again.

Here is a clip from tonight’s episode entitled “B.C.” in which Mick finds himself working with Beth again when the search for a mysterious vampire from Josef’s past is linked to a drug overdose she is investigating.

The METRO did a story on JASON DOHRING yesterday that I forgot to post. It’s pretty good. The headlines sadly made him sound like a complete self-absorbed ass but in the context of the story, you knew they were jokes. I hate that, why set him up like that? Douches.

You can tell a lot about a man by the shoes on his feet — or, in actor Jason Dohring’s case, the shirt on his back. In his “Veronica Mars” days on UPN/The CW, Dohring was a connoisseur of Los Angeles resale shops. Now that he’s starring in the new CBS vampire drama “Moonlight,” it’s all Beverly Hills and Giorgio Armani.

“I decided to show off my quasi-wealth,” he says with a wry grin, wearing a striped, collared designer number.

Showing a little of that sarcastic, cocky side actually turned out to be a good thing for the 25-year-old.

“I had been [acting] for a while, and I always liked it, but there was a point where it was like, ‘That’s it — I’m gonna be awesome. I’m not messing around anymore,’” Dohring says.

His “Veronica Mars” character, Logan Echolls, was arrogant, with an endless sense of entitlement, but one of the most conflicted and memorable teenagers on the small screen in recent years. When the critically lauded series was canceled, Dohring says he felt unemployment panic.

“I worried more than was warranted,” he says. “Actors always worry about their next job, even when they have three lined up.”

He was offered the part of Josef Konstantin in a flurry of last minute recasting for “Moonlight.”

“[Producer] Joel Silver had this character rewritten from a 60-year-old Croatian guy to a 23-year-old, and they thought of me,” Dohring says, a lingering hint of pleasant surprise in his voice.

As Josef, Dohring portrays the dark, sexy, Anne Rice side of vampire lore. He’s countered by the series’ lead, reluctant bloodsucker and good-guy private investigator Mick St. John (Alex O’Loughlin), who even goes so far as to inject blood to suppress his instincts. Josef will have none of that.

“Hell no, Josef doesn’t inject blood,” Dohring says. “He mainlines. He has concubines around him at all times that he drinks from. … He’s a billionaire hedge fund trader.”

He sounds like an Armani guy, too.

Moonlight airs at 9 p.m. over on CBS

It’s a Tuesday afternoon and I’m getting ready to transcribe my Interview with SUPERNATURAL’s LAUREN COHAN so I thought I’d quickly link and talk about what the latest internet buzz is surrounding our favorite TV shows.

My favorite GOSSIP GIRL has been given a full 22 episode season by The CW. That’s one down for Josh Schwartz and another to go. Chuck’s a lock, right? I guess I don’t need to check myself into the Ostroff Center after all! xoxo Gossip Girl. (Source: TVGuide)

Remember Charlie from HEROES? Jayma Mays? Well, she’s guest starring on my other favorite PUSHING DAISIES. See Jayma in character at ThePieMaker.com

Sweating Alex O’Loughlin from MOONLIGHT? Head on over to DaemonsTV to check out pictures from episode 3!

Hottie McHottie Bradley Cooper in a HBO series? God we can only hope for full frontal nudity! Check out the details and prepare to swoon. (Source: Televisionary)

Back in the day, did you ever want to recast Steve Urkel with say Bud from The Cosby Show? Follow BuzzSugar’s recasting game!

Does loving The Biggest Loser in fact make YOU the biggest loser? (Source: TiFaux)

If you missed the first installment of the British mini-series FIVE DAYS on HBO, don’t worry… MikeyLikesTV has all the scoop for you!

And finally, in gay news… Queer as Folk’s Peter Paige will be joining the cast of The History Boys on stage! (Source: Playbill)

It’s 6:30am on Saturday morning and I’m off to the gayest place in all of New England, Provincetown for the weekend. Last night I attended a book reading/signing of my friend HAVEN KIMMEL and it was fab. She’s the funniest and I adore her.

Anyway, the finale of DOCTOR WHO was great according to Jon, I’m not caught up yet so I couldn’t watch. The premiere of FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS was in a word amazing. I love that show and still firmly stand my ground in saying Connie Britton and Kyle Chandler are the best parents on television. I didn’t catch MOONLIGHT and right now that’s not bothering me, is that wrong?

    Enjoy the weekend everyone.

    Moonlight Header

MOONLIGHT had it’s debut tonight on CBS and while I didn’t watch, I’ve already received a few emails from you guys saying how much you enjoyed it, faults and all.

Read my MOONLIGHT Pilot Review and then tell me what you thought. Is it vampy goodness? Is Jason Dohring the best thing about the show? Is Alex O’Loughlin the next swoon worthy actor on Prime-time? Does it last a whole season? Is it canceled after 4 hours? Tell me what you thought!

I could have sworn Celine Dion died or something but apparently she’s just been camping out in Vegas collecting a fat check and continuing to force herself to have sex with her 2000 year old husband Rene. Well for all you Celine fans out there, the chest pounder is back and CBS is pimping her talents to the TV set by setting her new single to MOONLIGHT clips.

Listen to CELINE DION’s New Single “TAKING CHANCES” set to clips from CBS’s MOONLIGHT
Celine Dion’s “Taking Chances” from CBS’s MOONLIGHT

9 out of 10 dentists agree… The TV Blogging community is a semi-incestuous circle of friends and frenemies so we all collaborated on a WHAT TO WATCH THIS FALL poll.

Below you’ll see what the concensus of TV Bloggers agree are the best new shows for the Fall 2007 season. The blogs that participated are: BuzzSugar, DaemonsTV, GiveMeMyRemote, GlowyBox, MikeyLikesTV, ScooterMcGavin, SillyPipeDreams, Seat42f, TapeWorthy, theTVaddict, TiFaux and TubeTalk. We rated shows on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being hideous and 5 jaw dropping great. If we had not seen a pilot yet, a simple N/A will be present.

As you can see, PUSHING DAISIES, CHUCK, DIRTY SEXY MONEY, and REAPER are the top choices and no surprises here, CAVEMEN is the show we least want to see.

    LEGEND
1 – Don’t waste your time unless you find ACCORDING TO JIM ‘funny’
2 – Not great but at least doesn’t offend me.
3 – Fun to watch if nothing else is on.
4 – Has potential. Worth a second look.
5 – Set your TiVo to Season’s Pass!
    N/A – Haven’t watched yet.

I would like to say though that I am way off in my rating for Private Practice. I gave it a higher rating out of spite as I was in my Grey’s funk and after seeing the first real episode, I’m pretty worried about Addy and Co. I’m revising my Private Practice to a 3.

Let me know if this helps you guys at all!
